I’m not legally trained, as is obvious. I don’t care much for the difference between implied or conditional. It follows that there are conditions to be met, it’s preventing signing.

I won’t get into implied in fact v implied in law - but note that ‘unambiguous’ gets a mention.

I also have no faith whatever that if this went bass over apex - that WSG would have any joy chanting “implied contract” to the powers (that changed their minds perhaps) that be.

Our contract does appear to be conditional on MPS ‘finalising’ theirs. Feels conditional to me. And this is Africa - which adds an extra slippery element to process
