Chris Heminway, Exec-Chair at Time To ACT, explains why now is the right time for the Group to IPO. Watch the video here.
Good find Marksman, but I wonder why they need a 4th aircraft, the 3 they currently have are only being used maybe 2 or 4 sectors a day, nowhere near enough. Now if this 4th aircraft is for additional expansion, maybe routes to Cape Town, Gaborone, Lusaka maybe, then fair enough. But I don't really see the need for a 4th aircraft at this time with the sectors they currently have in hand on a daily basis.
The only other reason I can think of is this a Solenta aircraft which hasn't been used and they want it off their hands.
Also ex-FOGL, average 14.48p so in a better position than a lot on this board.
Was going to just try and get back to average but with NAVITAS on the horizon, I am tempted to hold on a bit, lets wait and see the outcome of the FID from them.
Still around and still hoping. I keep following FJET on twitter and on ASSET match to look for any updates and will post accordingly.
As I've said before, I'm only a small investor but 99.97% loss is the same to me as it is to you and wont throw money away needlessly, hence still have my holding. Good luck in 2022 for anyone else still holding, and lets hope things improve further.
Anyone know when they announce this quarter's dividend? The interim statement only mentions what has been paid in the past.
Well I was going to post the results of the last auction, which by the way was nil bought or sold, but came across this which was published on the 22-Nov-21, the annual report for 2020. To be fair it is not all doom and gloom; whilst they made an operating loss, overall the Group reported a profit for the year of US$1.8m, and this despite the restrictions from Covid pandemic. All is not lost with this company, and hope for better things this and subsequent years!

Big buys after hours, what's going on there then!
To any of you FJET loyalists that still read this board .......

Personally I think the route maybe a bit thin but you never know and good on them for setting this up, so lets hope this pays for itself. Onwards and upwards and hope for bigger things. Won't do the miserable share price any harm.

"... We look forward to introducing additional flights across our network thereby contributing to the revival of the tourism sector in Zimbabwe and the region. "
Will this ever happen????

So why I am posting this video of African Princess? Well looks like the FJET flight she's on is reasonably FULL!
Anyone got any ideas how the airline is doing performance wise?
Passenger numbers?
Load factor?
Yield?
Answers please
I've had a look on their website and its about as clear as mud to me how it works so I'll have to bow to your better knowledge.
All I know is that it will probably be several years before I consider selling my FJET holding ..... if the company lasts that long!
In the auction that closed at 4pm on 25th August 2021, 2,323,015 shares traded at 0.03 pence per share.
These were all sells, 0 buys.

This is my first .... and last post on this board.... for the foreseeable future at least.
Just sold my small holding in this share, and made a very small profit.
Reason:
- this morning's RNS made no mention of dividends despite when the merger occurred they intimated that dividends would be on the cards, this is now unlikely to happen until the next annual results at the earliest.
- with the consolidation on the cards, I'm not going through that again. Have been through it with two other companies and have only seen the share price tank on both occasions after consolidation, my fear is the same will happen to this share and I'm not prepared to go through it again.
So goodbye HBR, a short acquaintance with you, I'm sticking my money where I am assured of dividends and where the share price will hold up.
Good luck to everyone with this share, I hope I'm wrong about the post consolidation price, but recent other experiences tell me I am unlikely to be.
DYOR!

In the auction that closed on 26th May 2021, 34,722 shares traded at 0.03 pence per share.
The next auction will close at 4pm on 25th August 2021.
Just had a look at Asset Match which is currently showing:
1 buyer for 15,000,000 @ 0.03p
1 seller for 34,722 @ 0.03p
1 seller for 1,857,737 @ 0.04p
Final date for this quarters auction is 26-May-21, will be interesting to see what buys and sells go ahead and what price will be set post auction.

"In the auction that closed on 24th February 2021, 1,008,000 shares traded at 0.03 pence per share."
I presume this was all sells, mentions nothing about the 15 million buy that was pending so presumably that didn't go ahead. However the next auction will close at 4pm on 26th May 2021 with the price still set at 0.03p.

15mil buy, 1mil+ sell, never know might get a price increase after this auction, here's hoping!!!
With Solenta holding nearly 67% of the shares, it is unlikely they will push to have the shares re-listed on AIMS since it was them that wanted to take it off AIMS in the first place. If you look at the Asset Match page you will seem some fluctuations in company prices but only after an auction date has passed. Trouble with the FJET share price is that until travel restrictions are lifted in Africa, there is no incentive to increase the the share price on Asset Match as the business cannot currently expand. Once Covid is beaten in Africa, then there will be more travel, and more opportunities for business expansion, and only then will the price on Asset Match Increase, someway off yet I'm afraid (all in my honest opinion of course!)
Happy New Year to you and all still invested in this dog. With my 99.56% loss, I'm not giving up on this and can only hope that as things improve with the roll out of the Oxford vaccine, also being affordable and easier to store for African nations, with South Africa most likely to be one of the first, although Zimbabwe I expect will be down the list, then you never know, the price on Assett Match may improve late next year. Keep posting Marksman, Ronwin and all, especially if you hear of any new routes, and with any luck we may recover some of our losses!
