Ha ha. You're right about that. I don't normally follow all the news on Lloyds as it's always been a safe investment for me.
I thought some people might like to know that the profit after tax was £114m higher than the one mentioned on the RNS.
Point taken though. I won't bother posting again :)
Did you guys see all the after hour trades yesterday? 32,988,547 shares sold to the value of £16m. I thought of selling first thing in the morning but I went on their website to see what was new and saw the first quarter results. Apologies if you've seen these already but profit of £1.9bn compared to £74m Q1 2020 is something to shout about. You can download the results on this link:

I'm sorry that you feel that way. I've always liked your posts and agreed with your analysis that a particular MM has been playing with this share. In fact it was you that started me thinking that way. Before that, I thought it was just the CEO but couldn't see why he was deliberately bringing the sp down, other than being incompetent with his communication. After your very logical and informative remarks, I started doing some research and came to see how and why it worked. So, collusion became a much more likely narrative.
I apologise that today's posts have diverted my usual narrative of talking only about the shares. I took some personal remarks too seriously maybe because I was tired after an intense working day working on 3 different projects.
I'll try to do better in future.
I've thought a lot about what price I wouldn't agree to in a take-over and your purchase price had always been my bottom line, although I hope we get much more as we (real investors) deserve it. We provided GM with everything he wanted, even a massive bonus on results that are now in dispute. We've been scarred by his complete lack of care in responding to numerous emails, not to mention the losses we've incurred because of his constant negative comments.
I'm still hoping that we'll come out of this saga both wiser and hopefully without a loss (don't even want a profit anymore, to be honest).
I'll try to keep in to point in future. It's ok if you want to filter me, but I'll be reading yours and always up-ticking, as I have done to date.
P.S. It was really nice to see so many people coming to your defense when a certain hater trolled you last time. This board is changing for the better each day. Keep your posts coming.

For once I'm agreeing with a ramper. Whenever there's a general feel of hopelessness on this board, somehow magically the sp goes up. But, it never stays up long. As one poster put it - one step forward, 6 steps back.
£25 party? I don't see that.
People need to stop arguing with me and spend their time in efforts to make GM take note of us, if they want that kind of sp. Any serious suggestions on how can get the CEO to hear us would be welcomed, not just by me but very many on this board.
Do you have any?
Surfie1961
I agree with you. Even if the offer is below our expectations, it would have a positive impact on the sp, I think. It might even make other conglomerates to put forward higher offers.
ANY good news (without caveats) would do. Even a flow of information re. smaller contracts, as one poster suggested. You have to wonder why it isn't forthcoming. I know some people will either say GM is too busy, or that he doesn't have to.
But, he doesn't have to do it himself. Why can't the PR or a communications personnel do this?
The CEO has a fiduciary duty to ALL shareholders. If we keep asking for more info, when are sp has dived over 65%, in less than 4 month, he has to provide this.
It's funny how this post is addressed to Porky who goes to other boards and deramps their shares - I'm not an Avacta holder but was once. I just can't see why anyone would do that, and call people here derampers. Porky, did you keep your promise to one poster here not to do that anymore? Or, was that another Porky?

If you think that I'm going to spend another penny here, you've got another thing coming or haven't read all my posts. I said that as a joke because Dartron said he loves annoying another poster by buying at a lower price than him. Since that other poster was trolling Dartron and I on the same thread and insulting us, I said I would do the same. If you had read my other posts, you'd know that I expect this share to go down to £2, which was forecasted by a very insightful person here two days before Black Friday.
The only reason that I bought a fraction of the shares which I sold on Black Friday is that I could see a takeover coming at this reduced price.
Do I regret not waiting some more? Sure. And, before you ask, I won't be buying lower to dilute my sp. That's what I did last time and every time I topped-up, the sp moved lower. I ended up having a much larger investment than I had originally intended and as such, a much bigger loss.
Topping up is a very good tactic if you've bought a share high and it works if you buy a FTSE share, but not on AIM, where anything goes and there's no logic.
I really came to understand what he*o*in addicts mean when they use the phrase "chasing the dragon".
I'm not sure you should be advertising other shares here or giving financial advice. I don't know you. I don't know what your angle is. For all I know you could be pumping and dumping those stock, now that people have stopped believing rampers here. I apologise if I've got you wrong but the real investors here are already battered and bruised, so trust has become an issue.

Unless and until we see a contract with numbers on them, you should't take anything for granted. That's why MMs and IIs weren't impressed with the tenders, unlike some people here.
This board has more intelligent people than you think. I didn't even have to point this out - several people got there before me.
Porky
With all the shares you and your 'friends' keep saying that you're buying, the sp should've been well up. Since you've got all this money to spare, why not buy some more?
Everyone else is quite tapped up. Why not move on to another share and pump and dump there? We're really tired of your forecasts of £54, drawing novices in.
Mr Big
You? A qualified accountant and auditor? I don't think so. You wouldn't get past the first lot of exams. It's you who needs to get back to school if you don't understand the importance of audited accounts.
Which Institute are you with? I may have to report you for encouraging fraud.
Now, I really do have to get back to work. I'll respond to your falsehoods later.
Darton
Totally agree with you. When they don't have a leg to stand on, insult, insult and insult some more, until the person leaves the board.
I have to get back to work too and won't be touching my purse till it hits £3.
LOL, I don't think SD has a single share. But, on days like these he and hid mates have to use their own money to kick the share up to entice people.
Mr Big
That's the most asinine thing I've ever heard. EVERYONE cares about the accounts when and IF their money is invested in a company. That's why the government has made it a LAW for these to be produced and AUDITED. That's how important they are. Otherwise, the CEOs would go cap in hand asking for money and promising it'll be safe in his hands, without showing their previous performance. At least, THINK before you speak.
Darton
LOL. I never believe a word SD says. I'm really glad you got some of your losses back.
I disagree with your other point though. We DON'T know what happened to 2020. We have no numbers re. the Q4 and the amount of the contingency (or possible write off) in relation to the legal dispute.
THOSE WHO DON'T TAKE NOTE OF THE PAST, WILL REPEAT THEIR MISTAKES IN THE FUTURE.
Mr Big!
What a stupid question. Why WOULDN'T people want to know what actually happened to their investment last year, instead of hearing what you and your lot constantly speculate about it?
It would suit you if everyone just shut their eyes and blindly invested in a company for the 'future', without knowing what actually happened to it in the past, especially when we've already been told by the CEO that the future is 'uncertain' and we've lost our biggest client.
Did anyone see my post from last night about what would happen to the SP today? PUMP & DUMP. PUMP & DUMP. RINSE REPEAT.

The only reason this held was because a lot people were agreeing with people like me (the so called derampers) yesterday. So, the pumpers and dumpers had to throw us a bone. Watch it drop like a brick tomorrow or the day after. They did this last week too.
