GSTechnologies (GST), the fintech company, announced that it has entered into an option to purchase agreement to acquire 60% of the share capital of EasySend Ltd, a Northern Ireland incorporated company operating a cross-border payments business. GST said it was very pleased to have reached an agreement with EasySend to acquire a majority stake in the business. This acquisition will provide additional customers and technology to assist with the growth of its Angra Global business. It continues to rapidly progress the role out of its GS Money offerings.

Comment: It is to be hoped that in the wake of the latest acquisition news, GST shares will continue the spike we saw earlier this month.

With offices now in London and Gdansk, it also serves the Ukrainian expat community and over 30 other European countries, with a current estimated yearly transaction volume of approximately €120 million, said GTS, which has agreed an option to acquire 60% of the share capital of EasySend.

Of this annual volume, 35% is derived from approximately 40,000 individual customers and 65% from approximately 350 active corporate customers.

Right since I’ve seen loads of bickering and back and forth please don’t reply if it’s going to be a sarcastic comment shoot me down whatever you want to call it. These boards are for discussions and let’s do it in a polite manner so we all have a better understanding of this stock etc.

So my question is I for one believe that the higher the BTC price goes the better for us. As one it will create more transactions and not only that but reinstall the confidence that BTC is breaking out so more people take positions.

What are everyone’s thoughts? I don’t mind you not agreeing as I could well be wrong but I want it in a nice polite discussion manner :)

I think they would rns that the shares have entered the market. So to my understanding it’s on its way. As lloyd88 said on or around 27th (last rns) so we still in that time frame. My question previously was will that cause a drop as it’s dilution?

I would like to think so but am trying to be balance in my understanding.

The share price will react once they come to the market which is on the 27th or so as stated in last rns

Sorry previous share price of not selling off etc could be irrelevant

I just wanted more clarification if anyone knew the answer 🤷‍♂️

I do also hope that with the extra shares coming to the market they also give some more info or update on the company 💪

So from last rns when they raised the money and the extra shares

that dealings in the Placing Shares on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange will commence on or around 27 November 2023.

Does this mean when it does come to the market on Monday or around then we will see a share price decrease as we are diluted or am I getting this all wrong?

Any help or clarification on this matter would be helpful
