Sir John said "One for you, Arun", regarding the following share holder question: "The credit facility deadline has moved a number of times this year. Is there still a risk that it could slide into Q1 of 2024?".

Arun concluded his response with the words:

"On balance I do think that we are in a fairly good wicket. Having said that, this is the government we are talking about, a government process. We need to ultimately bring together a number of counter-parties that include three to four banks and the UK government. So whilst I think that it is a difficult process. It is certainly 'achievable' by the end of the Financial Year, if not before."

The word "achievable" doesn't mean "yes, it will be done."

Exile. As I pointed this out a few weeks ago, Arun Raman indicated in the last presentation that the deal might not be done in this financial year. He said that we are beholden to the UK govt.

Smiller. It seems that the share price had come under "minor" attack, and our friend Chris2 just happened to be waiting in the wings - as he often is when this happens to us?!?

Otherwise, it has been an uneventful day!

Chris2. Our 60%, plus, DSO Iron is a ESG play. There are likely many interested parties in getting a share of our, safe democracy nation, Aussie pie!

Alligator. Don't we have one, quite fundamental, thing going for us? The World needs new Helium discoveries, and it needed them yesterday!

HE1 might own a dodgy drill, but we still have two untested Helium prospects. Might there just be enough interest out there in taking a very big gamble?

Broomtree. I don't remember "last weeks quarrel with the auditors". Also, although IM is a 'hocked asset' with Riverstone, are we really at risk of losing it?

Yayay. If I'm not wrong, the Share Incentive Plan states that they have 24 months from 21 Dec 2022 (i.e. Dec 2024) to get the first 500,000 tonnes exported.

Looks like they are going to miss the deadline. But you'd like to that they have some incentive to pull there fingers out!

CJM. Not sure that I agree. UFO must have submitted a proposal for approval. I would have thought that the paperwork could be rubber-stamped very quickly, unless there were significant changes to the terms to be agreed.

I know nothing about legal matters, but assume the docs would have been drafted in advance - as good as shovel ready as it were!

Hebridean9. Methinks that you are bending the truth somewhat here! But then, a few ultra negative comments on a BB aren't likely to adversely affect the share price, no matter how much some people might want to see the share price fall.

I've only got about £7k in my share ISA these days. This deal seems great, but I think the Market was waiting for an FID RNS. We'll make lots of money here, but might need to wait another 6 months or so.

I'm waiting on the dividends!

Unfortunately, people, like AimMaster, will do what they do.

I'm no fan of kicking people when they've lost, or are losing, money. And have trouble understanding why anyone would do such things.
