Egg. Good point. However, POW own 10 million shares here. Paul Johnson was probably keen to have gotten a move on and not wait for the outcome of Blyvoor. I'm more bothered about TMC, as there is precious little about the company, other than 2 x directors and salubrious registered address.

Steve. Not sure I agree about LC chasing TMC. He clearly hasn't performed Due Diligence, so hasn't a leg to stand on. Either that or he knew all the time, but I can't see how he'd gain from that. Shares in Kibo and Mast are down - probably more due to the situation here than plain economics.
If Louis Coetzee has been made a muppet of, he isn't likely to prolong the damage to his reputation by lengthy, and expensive, court action. IMO for Haneti, it will be business as usual.

Katoro Gold plc (AIM: KAT), the AIM listed gold and nickel exploration and development company, wish to announce that the Company has received a further request for extension from Target Mine Consulting ("TMC / Counterpart") for delivery of the required documentation to comply with one remaining condition precedent that was due on the 30th of November 2021, as referenced in the Company's RNS of 27 October 2021. After due consideration, the Katoro board of directors have agreed to grant TMC a further extension until 17h00 on 03 December 2021 to comply.

"Remaining Condition Precedent" is obviously a euthanism for ownership of stacks!

Smacks of desperation to me. CHAR also put out a meaningless RNS at the same time. We need hard plans and results in RNSs, not space fillers.

Since Louis Coetzee has forgotten all about Blyvoor. How about he changes the company name so that the rest of us forget about it too?

I might have gotten the placing date wrong, but it's coming. I just hope that Harry is able to raise the cash we need.

Plans are just words, fighting wars costs blood, pain and lives. I've been invested here for about two years and am of the opinion that Ethiopia doesn't look like it's going to cut it. It's likely not the government or the people's fault - possibly having more to do with the kind of society powerful people in the Western nations are forcing it to adopt. Fortunately, with are in Saudi, and nobody is going to force them to do a thing for a good while yet.

Coxonopolos. We live in a world where greater than 50% of people have either caught the virus, and lived, or been vaccinated. This new strain might have 32 mutations, but it isn't a "novel" corona virus - meaning that it should have little impact on those who have had contact with it's none to distant cousin. I personally have had Covid twice, as has my partner.
Let's hope we all live long and proper!
