I believe that the Friends of China - Northern Ireland only have two days left to lodge an appeal against the IM JR decision. Will they do it?

IMO I can't see why they won't. After all, hasn't this gotten more to do with giving China an economic advantage over us, than saving the planet?

Bubble. At today's share price I have £30k invested here. I very much hope that the western world destabilising "environmental" NGOs don't appeal the IM decision. But what I hope happens is likely to be at odds with reality!

@Caravan. Might that be because we are very much in Win or Bust territory? The next few months either sees IM legal challenge free, a whole host of new contracts, and long-term financing sorted or we bust!

I've a bad feeling about IM, but and optimistic for all the rest!

Methinks that we have a large buyer, in the background, who is hoping to mop-up as many cheap shares as possible. Unfortunately, for them, most of the rest of the shares appear to be held in hands of steel.

IMO sooner or later we are going to see a massive re-rate here. It might take another a few more months, but it wouldn't surprise me if it happens this side of Xmas!

Hi Max. Positive news flow, and action, was promised from Q3 2023. We've waited a very long time, but things are beginning to move in the right direction.

Whether or not, I know, and understand, how the market is regulated isn't really important. What is important IMO is that many, if not all, AIM companies "leak" like a sieve. Seemingly allowing faceless others, who might be deemed to be "insiders", to make a financial killing at the expense of hardworking PIs.
