I know absolutely nothing about how to drill a gas/oil reservoir hole, but might a lot of our rig problems be down to it being run in automatic mode? We've ordered replacement parts. Might it be wise to pull some old-timer out of retirement, who knows a thing or three about operating Predator rigs?

What's the betting that the Times publishes another less than positive HARL story this weekend?

Bubble. I know nothing about anything, but I'm guessing that we are currently paying annual interest of about 10% per annum. So we need profits of £10M a year just to break even. As I understand it, we make 20% profit on a typical contract. So we need orders totalling £50M each year to break even.

I might well be wrong, but aren't we now far exceeding that?

I will be quite unhappy to be proved wrong, but I'd like to know the numbers for peace of mind!

Broomtree. Somehow I don't imagine that you are part of the"forces of evil" holding the share price down. So, I have no feelings for your sells/purchases, other than you have been able to make some money.

Obviously, I'm hoping the share price will one day, very soon, break the 16p barrier, allowing our quantum leap to mega profits!

Yesterday morning there were a few comments about the share price being pumped before being dumped. I couldn't see it happening because I decided to trust LB. It would seem - More fool me!

Techmet put their money where their mouth is. I have a few Cornish Lithium shares, Techmet have pumped several million into that "private" venture.

As for Rainbow:

TechMet has been granted an option to invest US$50 million as part of the equity funding component for the Phalaborwa capital cost, which will see TechMet take a direct ownership stake at project level. The TechMet stake will be dependent on the net present value set out in the definitive feasibility study for the project. Based on the agreed formula, the equity stake will be within a range of 15-33%.

The TechMet Option is executable for three months following receipt of a credit approved term sheet for construction debt, which will define the total equity requirement for the project development.

As part of the TechMet Option agreement, Rainbow has also granted TechMet a put option to exchange the direct stake in the project for shares in the listed entity at the fair market value of the underlying Phalaborwa stake for a period of two years from the commercial completion of the Phalaborwa project, or at any time in the event of a change in control of Rainbow.
