Personally, I sold 25% of my stake yesterday for just over 6p as the sp looked frothy and I had made a great return from recent buys. My plan is to buy into any dips and wait for firm news.

If the news is as good as many of us hope then I will happily buy more this year at 7,8,9,10p and not feel I have missed out.

Notwithstanding the Chinese AI competition the west will need more and cheaper electricity in the future. Net Zero and ever more renewable energy is a busted flush which bankrupted Germany.

But neither am I convinced our management are any good at getting a mine built and into production quickly and efficiently.

Might the company attract a bid from a larger player? Hope so!.

Or not....IMM still a risky punt imo but I am re invested after a short break because of the recent news flow and sp momentum.

Nope and nope! I think highly unlikely the visit would result in a deal. Neither do I believe that "it needs a bit more R&D" is the end of the road for QBT. What I hope for is a positive statement with news that a potential customer wants to run tests on it.

HB, not always but mostly small mining companies follow this rule. Some mining companies fail during one of the stages. Tech analysis is imo a tool for short term traders.

I am lucky, as of this morning I was still just in the blue on my stake but awaiting news from this USA trip. If it's as good as hoped then great it should multibag but if it's a nothingburger I will sell and not worry about it.

But today I bought a chunk of GGP on a fill or kill with HL before market opened and was £400 up by 1630.

I had heard of GGP via chat on SOLG but read the RNS today and was impressed. Put a buy fill or kill with HL and now own a modest stake which was in the blue by late morning. Long term holder but hoping for a bid.

The sp is rising not unreasonably on expectations of a deal or pos news from the meeting in America.

Momentum pushing the sp up but at some point in the next few days reality has to be mated with expectation. Personally I am optimistic and hold a modest stake which I can afford to lose but which also might multibag bigly.

Use the filter option but sparingly. I do not want to sit in an echo chamber of ramping.
