great link first time Ive read anything on that site ever!
"ThePrint is an Indian news website. It is supported by Printline Media Pvt Ltd, a company headquartered in New Delhi on 16 September 2016.[2] Journalist Shekhar Gupta launched ThePrint in August 2017"
Highly relevant... but im sure you will keep it in your copy and paste resevoir.
Chapter 11 bankrupcy would not be neccassary as it would curtail assets/buisness and make things very messy.
Buyout is far more likely and would be an easier transition with minimum revenue lost.
If Cine has not been approached by at least 2 studios already I would be very suprised.
The only question we have to ask is how much per share?
Not that easy, if cinemas shut then no films show.
Easier to acquire fully staffed running venues and restructure afterwards.
Disney gonna let Black Widow play on only AMC cinemas because Cine bankrupt? I dont thinks so.
All the studios will be looking to acquire fully running theatres.
Cine will be snapped up by a big studio now they can own them(Disney my guess) its just a matter of time.
Pennys to them to show there own movies!!! its a given mate!
Okay you have now quoted the link from july that you have repeatedly posted! lol
STUDIOS CAN NOW BUY CINEMAS AND/OR CINEMA CHAINS!!!!!
That changes everything in that overpasted outdated link you keep clinging to!
It is very interesting but onlu after the first read and only when time relevant
@indepthwins in fact thank you for actually repeating the same link for 5 times on the forum in the last 2 days.
I couldnt be bothethered to check further back as im sure its probably in the 20's back to july?
@indepthwins thank you for the repeat news from nearly a month ago.
@doubleheadedcoin im not a multiple ID this is my only ID. I have been watching chat for a couple of weeks and I have seen a lot of toxicity.
Compared to the AMG(aston) chat its been horrible but you have also been part of that mate.
I dont think anybody cares about your filter ammd ive honestly skip every post youve made as its added nothing of interest to anyone investing.
Good luck though and keep wearing the tinfoil hat.
I hope you see a huge profit, I will only be in for around £2500 come monday but I cant see how this can lose now and if it does it will have been worth the risk for the potential reward.
Good luck mate.
My bad I just read the Mooky interview from 7th August... might be clutching at straws here but his quote "People are hungry to go to the movies. Since 1929, the industry has proved itself a recession proof business." might have a tell in it.
Interesting that he has quoted the recession and 1929 .. years before 1948 when United States v. Paramount Pictures, Inc was decided and studios could no longer own cinemas/chains.
New poster here so go easy on me.
Ive been playing about with cine shares for a few weeks and have to admit I sold out on friday expecting the worst.
Stuck it all in AMG and got in early enough for a small profit.
I'm not done with cine though and now I cannot see how these can fail.
The ruling that studios can now own cinemas and chains has changed everything.
How could disney that have a new(even if its getting old) marvel film "black widow" sit back and allow a release if a cinema chain has collapsed?
It simply wont happen, Disney can now buy Cine for what it considers peanuts and set up each chain with its own disney merchandise store and choose to PVOD any content it wants without backlash.
I truly now believe that Cine could beocome part of Disney before the end of the year!
Im back in first thing monday.
Anyone wondered why we havent heard from Mooky regarding Disneys choices on Mulan? Maybe there is something in the works? obviously speculation but 35p is looking like a bloody good punt to me now... wish I hadnt sold at 33p.
IMO cant fail now.
Thoughts?
