Pxs was indeed not the only one.

In my role at the time I was tasked with observation of the daily activity on pxs and to report to my seniors.

I wasn't allowed to trade in any shares that I was observing so I didn't lose, or gain any money.

This all came about as I saw some unusual activity on another aim stock a few days ago and mentioned market manipulation as a possible reason. I then referred to pxs and the conversation grew.

I've no axe to grind, I don't have an agenda, I simply referred to an event in the past.

Some Einstein told me I was talking rubbish and so I really had to go into more detail.

It's interesting how my comments trigger you a bit. It suggests you have an emotional connection with pxs, rather than a hard headed, business approach.

The fact you've been posting on this stock for 15 years plus backs this up.

So, there's no problem at my end, just reminiscing to an extent.

One was as described below, the other two stated that results on discussions etc were ongoing. In effect, there was nothing that should have pumped the price because there was nothing to report at that point. Same thing, really, so there were 3 RNSs in the space of 6 weeks saying there's nothing that should be pumping the SP.

The buying frenzy was, however, generated by a skilful team.

There's no doubt in this. Buying frenzies don't just happen on specific stocks where there is nothing to support it.

Once the SP hit ridiculous levels, they cashed out.

That's because they got away scott free.

With a lot of money.

There was a well known p and d; if you are unaware of it, it doesn't make it "rubbish", it just means you don't know about it.

They did a spectacular job in creating the environment for a large number of speculators to push the SP higher and higher until they started dumping 500,000 shares at a time.

At the time, PXS issued at least 3 RNSs stating there was nothing happening in the firm that supported any reasons for the surging share price.

Essentially confirming it was a p and d.

Considering those RNSs, it's pretty remarkable that a director sold a substantial number of shares during the price surge.
