@LWHL
Regarding Hilco I saw a link posted on here the other day and it was an old news article I think it was from 2021. It was basically reporting that SDRY had agreed a loan facility back then that expired in April 2024. So it's up for renewal in April and the company is currently renegotiating a new deal. Is it just me or is that no big deal? Thats how I saw it anyway.
@johnny
Obviously I'm not going to sell my holding in the morning on the strength of the garbage that's typed in here. This isn't my first rodeo mate I'm fully aware of both the risks and rewards here. In all seriousness Superdry isn't the basket case you would think it is if you believed all the nonsense here. Is she going through challenging times? Of course she is, that's obvious but the fundamentals are good and her fortunes can be turned around with or without a buy out. Talk of administration and collapse is nonsense. Anyway enough blah blah it's far too late mate. I'm watching Nuke the Luke then off to bed. Fingers crossed for a good result here.
👍
You're right guys, I'm selling my shares in the morning. Titboy says Next won't touch Superdry and JD is gonna buy it out of administration for £1. I didn't realise all the stores were empty either that must have just happened today. Anyway glad ive been put right I don't know where I'd be without the free advice on here. Cheers guys.
Jeez Toffers your sale has just wiped out most of todays gains! I'll be honest I'm really surprised you sold out today after everything you've been through here. Nothing at all has changed we're still waiting on the bid. Think you'll regret this.
Good luck all.
Agree totally this board is very toxic.
Also agree that IF like I think, the SP is being deliberately manipulated down by unscrupulous parties then the share should be suspended whilst this is being investigated. 1300 trades yesterday and 1000 of them all tiny orders of 2 shares, 6 shares etc entered electronically all at the same time with no other purpose as to drag the SP down which resulted in a 10% crash. This has happened quite a few times recently.
Ok my last post on the subject too.
Theres no reason why somebody would push 1000 tiny trades through all at once unless it was to manipulate the SP. Who does hundreds of individual trades for 50 pence? On a day when there were lots more buys than sells and there was no negative news the share price then crashes 10% after these trades have gone through. 10%!isnt a blip it's a huge crash. I've never seen this happen before with any other shares but this has happened with SDRY a few times over the past few weeks. You've gotta admit it looks suspicious.
Anyway that's all from me on the subject you make of it what you will.
