It's in multiple Rns announcements, funding through AUO & several other parties, debt over a % of the gold resources at beisa N&S, a lot of investors got mistaken that AUO was funding everything from acquisitions to production without any dilution at all, dilution is 700m shares for beisa N&S & 450m for Henkries S currently,(some of the shares on both are locked in, 12months for beisa shares announced in Rns & 6months for Henkries shares but that hasn't been confirmed in Rns, supposed to be confirmed when completed. The 3rd acquisition that is coming is ment to unlock the full potential of beisa N&S.

Looks to me like 0.95/0.99 real bid / ask

I'd suggest you wait until after the funding RNS stringer. Then you'll have the answers to both questions and can make an informed choice whether to buy or not. Of course, if its the non-dilutive funding RNS many are expecting, you'll be looking at an SP multiples of where it is now. Ya pays your money and takes your chances!

It'll have been bought out way before then stringer. The big rise is way sooner.

Secured funding is the RNS that will set this alight. It'll then be bought out long before production IMHO.

Could very easily do a 15% increase today - once people actually read the RNS and engage their brains.

The 2.5m could be a sell - although the trade immediately before it was smaller yet for a lower price. The 12m one had to be being worked for a day or two - and therefore I reckon has to be a buy - they'd never have got that price for a worked sell this week.
