Looking at the bid prices, I'd say they've got to be working a buy order somewhere around 1.20p

Won't take much buying to lift thus now. MMs paying well over the bid, and demanding nearly full ask.

I guess it depends where you want to be when the RNS and insane volume lands - in at 1.25p with the insiders, or scrambling to get a quote multiples higher with the herd. I'm locked, loaded and happy to be so!

It did 20% on Friday at less volume. Its the mcap that matters - people invest a certain amount of £, not a certain number of shares.

You wouldn't expect progress updates to be given via RNS - today will be more along the lines of imvestor information, rather than official announcements of completed deals IMHO.
