Just reading through the recent RNSs. Cash return of just under 50p per share, following sale of asset for 188million. And it's just 4.5p to buy in? What did I miss?

Just checked up on the cash situation. Its all there, from November RNS As at 30 September 2014, LVST had approximately RMB 70 million (£7 million)* in cash (LVST is the operating subsidiary of SORB)

Thank you too. It has been obvious from the off why the case ever got to arbitration. Simply put, the company needed a judgement to enforce rather than just a contract to pay. Its just the (almost) final piece of the jigsaw in extracting the money from Roselani. It's now pay up or be locked up and pay up. And that is the biggest no brainer on the stock market!

Thank you sir. This roeslani chap will be made to pay. That's the whole point of the case in Singapore. He's already admitted he is obliged to pay by signing a contract. However the penalties for breach of contract, in such a case as this, are less severe than fulfilling the contract. The court ruling means that non payment will be treated as a crime (as opposed to a tort), and he can be locked up whilst trustees sell off his assets. And keep selling until they get the amount owed.

Things might have changed since my day. But isn't the supreme court of appeal from the BVI (along with much of the former British Empire) based in London?

Exactly the same pattern. I will settle for a bit less than 500% today though!
