The Greek purchase could be very well timed. Who was it who said you should buy when others are fearful again?

Not to mention the new shares issued at a huge premium. Even factoring the new shares in, this is worth at least double where we are now, just on net assets and cash.

NAV per share of property and a cash pile of almost 14 million USD equates to around 60p per share. That doesn't allow anything for future growth, decent results on Wednesday, positive sentiment and any increase in cash when the surplus property is sold off.

Well if there's any sanity, the usual sell off for the top rising shares on aFriday afternoon will see money coming here ready for Wednesday!

Morning all! Results Tuesday then. I would not want to be out of......... lol.

Noticed today or not, results will be out and RNS'd tomorrow or Tuesday. The results will be at worst good. This will be on radar thereafter IMHO. Probably better to have them on Tuesday, but I'll take a three digit rise tomorrow if I must!

Well, either we've got in ahead of the curve and will make the most money, or we've misunderstood and made a complete bog of it!

So the cash adds roughly another 9p per share to the NAV. So this sits at almost 60p NAV with nothing added for profits or future growth potential.

From the fundamentals on here they also had 13million USD cash at the end of 2013. Have they still got a decent cash pile?

So after the issue, conversion of warrants and the preference shares, there will be 100 million or so shares in issue. The value of the companies property is put at 68 million Euros. So the new NAV per share will be roughly 68cents, or about 49p no?

If the NAV prior to these deals was 75p per share, does that not mean that this is ridiculously undervalued? Have I missed something?

Maybe its the fact that until today's announcements this company was priced for bust, worth nothing. Now they have raised substantial monies, the company has value. What else explains the 10k, 15k and 20k buying?

Can anyone give a brief resume of how this fell from over a quid a year ago?
