Blubay - there is no guarantee of a 20% discount - it could be cashbox, and if not it could be oversubscribed , so to say there "is" a 20% discount is misleading imo..

CP - I voted without any issues, is it perhaps down to the Platform? . I'm not expecting anything other than what was stated . HE1 are tied whether there is £1m available via retail or not until results are counted, if not it's cash box imo.

Err Blubay - the likes of Van Eck purchase Small Cap, and it's slighlty disingenuous to even remotely suggest that there are not Established Insitutions that buy Small Cap .

It's best if some go back to the Orginal RNS and read it again the Terms are pretty straightfoward , as are the cash allocations .
