of what Phil Kornbluth said. You need to look at the history of Helium and the huge shortage of Helium 4.0 in previous years. The two major producers are Amur Gazprom and Qatar , either of these two could suffer Geo Politically which was highlighted in that interview, along with Gazprom loosing much production to some of the plant exploding during construction . Phil Kornbluth is the Number 1 Global expert in Helium, and has spoken about Tanzania before and was an advisor to HE1.
