I may be wrong, however the accounts are filed at companies house, the acceptance at the AGM was a different matter, and when they said the vote wasn't binding on the company it would appear not to be an issue - just my take.

The only panic merchants are those worrying about a reversal where they can't close a short quickly enough .

Vote 1 is advisory only - so Expect the company to continue with this as they put it forward . It is also clear that the small amount of votes probably had something to do with all the results.

If you had a vote use it, simple enough by Proxy.

IG - Perhaps you need to attention - re local off takers . Secondly the biggest market is India/Asia . Their Advisor (Kornbluth) worked for a company whose parent is the Japanese Nippon Sanso - well within time. China and India are well within time. The Market is Global - not the US.
