Thanks for the info. I see what is said but I would not assume a merger or what that might mean. A merger could mean the whole thing going private or maybe Humber could sell out. I would not like to guess.

Is a private company owned by two people. Humber have 15% of UJO and seem to be partnering up on Projects on an equal basis. Interesting to see where this ends up

Summary : Borrelli has stitched us up as he could not get the cash/Nomad sorted, blaming it on AIM somehow, then he gave pretty much everything to JLP except maybe enough to pay Creditors one day hence washing his hands of it.
