The RNS does NOT confirm that a placing is not underway or otherwise. Things change quickly. I doubt DB leaked the aledged placing or would have , but I suggest that someone did .

I would suggest that the answer lies in your question. You use the word Hopefully. Hope is an anticipation whereas expectation is the belief that it is going to happen. The SP has risen from sub 0.1 to 0.31 so perhaps the balance between Hopes and Expectations became a little stretched. So I would reasonably expect that Wressle will be producing but WN is still largely based on hope. You have to analyze phrase like "the Gas is a given" and wha that could be worth, or you have to decide on how much you wish to Gamble on there being Commercail Oil that Flows from WN and quantities therein.
