The only think I know is that if there is a very positive RNS tomorrow I would be suspicious and try to report.

That buy doesnt make sense. Lets hope it lifts the SP tomorrow.

The problem with the CLN is that you give someone permission to slap you but he decides when. So you always live with the fear of a slap coming and therefore it keeps people away from investing and the SP down.

Question: The CLN investors converted 1m shares at 0.5p and droped the SP to 0.55. If they trigger another conversion next week that would be around at 0.45 and if they do it again it would be at 0.4 and so on... This would keep reducing the SP considerably.

Is there something to prevent them doing consecutive conversions?

Winterflood typically applies the scaling factor not the brokers so I would expect a similar percentage 48%ish. I should have put more tbh.

Conversion notice would come with an RNS stating the number of shares and value of conversion.

I agree with you that it makes more sense to convert early, hence I expect the SP to hover around this level for a while.

For me they should always go and make the offer in existing shareholders.

This way if I feel that a raise maybe coming I would not remove all my money. I will leave some in as I know that in a raise I would be able to buy some discounted shares so it will not have such a devestating effect.

Production brings stability on the SP even if its a small amount.

To fall close to the placing price you need people with shares to sell in the market. The 1mil investors do not have their shares yet to sell them. Once shareholders get their shares some would sell and keep the price in a downward pressure.

Once the institutional investors get their shares 10m then you will see it dropping as the shares will be plenty.

I dont expect the SP to start dropping until the company says that the investors got their shares. I do expect though that this would likely happen next week as the SP is low.

My worry is the 10mil from the investors. If they know the SP will rise they will buy now as it is cheaper. So I am expecting th SP to hover in these ranges for a while.

This is a good RNS. No questions about that. The good news is that we have the permission to drill more out of the ground which means more revenue in the future.

Its not flying because there is nothing in this RNS that would ease investors that are worried about delays. Its doesnt reduce the possibility of raising more funds if this is the worry an investor has. So these investor will still be out.

It does though add to the value when we reach the point of drilling for extraction but this is few months down the road.

Possibly no RNS in the morning!! The share is just getting back to market level. Now where this level is..... Noone knows. Hopefully up to 150m Mcap.

My opinion is the share is just recovering from the dip. So I dont expect an RNS tomorrow. The sudden pick up is due to all the people looking into this popular share. A bit of a raise and everyone starts to pile up. Tomorrow it might continue raising until it reaches market value or drop a bit as traders sell.

Lets hope it continues to raise but I dont personally expect an RNS.

In my opinion the delay is probably because of the limited time they had to analyse the data from the last drill into their models.

it takes months to model such a complicated field especially when its new. They had only two weeks and with the initial simualation the worst case scenario was comercial with 20-30 drills. Because they need more time for accurate simulations and analysis they decided not to release the data and supply worse case data just for the ML deadline. I expect they will release an updated study in one-two months with better estimations. That why I believe they are silent.

All speculation of course but it makes sense in my head!!

The problem is that too many traders are following this share. When they see a drop they all add funds and then it skyrockets. When it reaches a good 5-6% percent they all start to sell and vice versa.

So the problem is that there are too many day traders. Thats why it moves like crazy up and down. Its a popular share so we cannot avoid it.

We had news that were positive but expected. The lack of extra info in the last RNS other than the expected ML application made most investors sell as there will be no news for a while (unless unexpected news come). Based on the that a big drop happened and now its rebouncing (stabilising) to the new reality. Hopefully would bounce a little bit more.

I am not patronising but when the profit justifies the investment. They have the numbers and the calculations are complicated. We PIs cannot estimate it at the moment. They say its going to be commercial but fot the revenue to be significant needs to be between 20-30 drills.
