Best of luck getting your HNL shares put back into your ISA MTSparky. I'd be interested to hear how you get on with that.
If, on re-listing, your ISA provider insists the shares had to be withdrawn on de-listing last year, and requires you to use this current 2018/2019 tax year's allowance when you "put them back in", it might be worth challenging your provider or HMRC.
HNL was, and remains, a strong company, and the de-listing was for technical reasons only (not financial), and surely HNL's were not the circumstances HMRC had in mind when devising the rules for withdrawal on de-listing.
