Yes BTC is climbing. Apparently, when it goes up people buy more on MODE and other platforms according the UK investor interview. The till is ringing guys!!!

The users at the moment are likely to be buying and selling BTC and using the BTC Jar product but certainly not all and some are buying and selling more than others. The average GBP balance is £2,300 per user though. I believe the average BTC deposit is £7,000 So the user keeps money with MODE which MODE can then use as funds in custody. Yes, they make money from users.

Seed investors have their managers working them IMO. Selling anything from £400 to £15k in lumps. I think it is difficult to believe there are so many retail investors onboard, who are now jumping ship. MODE has not been around that long and people are still hearing about them.

Big pilot retailers are on board now for Mode for Business. I should really write some minutes up!!

Close to 30,000 users in November. 2020 1 million target in users by end of 2021. 5,000 merchants at the end of 2021.

Market cap at £82 per user is 82 million market ie £1.01 a share. I think they will be £1.50 end of year. IMO. DYOR.

Trading and investment products are planned. Lending to businesses in GBP using their BTC as security is already available. Lending to individuals is in progress but needs more regulatory work. Really interesting stuff!

BTC jar 5% interest is done by Celsius who lend out the BTC institutions, but MODE are going to start doing it themselves in the future. Big margin stuff. MODE will become a BTC lender to institutions. Very interesting.

Mode is seeking to expand its current products and services by:

· Launching a revolutionary payments solution, powered by Open Banking, that eliminates the need for cards once and for all. The new solution will aim to facilitate direct and seamless transactions in traditional and digital currency between businesses and Mode users.

· Developing a loyalty and rewards engine that builds on banking, financial and payment-related insights, allowing businesses to run targeted loyalty campaigns to engage with new and existing consumers.

· Integrating new payment and loyalty capabilities into the Mode app - a next-generation super app with unique payment, investment, loyalty and digital asset features, all in one.

· Continuing to expand Mode's business client base using global payment and marketing services, connecting more UK and European businesses with a growing consumer base from China and beyond.

With the £7.5m funding that has been received in early October, we believe this is an exciting period for Mode and will enable the Group to deliver on its promises outlined above.
