Yup! I have seen profiles like that before in my line of work. If you go on linkedin there is alot of junior people doing Product Manager and Marketing jobs and Programming jobs. I understand because of budget but the leadership team should be solid people. The CTO job is a Technology Manager job in Mode. Sounds senior but it is not. There is some coal face, hard nosed project work to get done in Mode which is why he is there. Operational background rather than a leader.

That profile says alot.

20 years of experience but in and out of jobs and he was not a high paid contractor from what i can see. If he was, he would have stayed in that line of work and moved around the globe for the money.

CTO job is fine if no leadership is really required which i think is the case. Salary is about £60k i think.

The legal framework is already in place in the form of the high risk innovative ISA option the FCA have on their website. Three times this new product has been hinted by modes management which is really going to peak alot of interest if they deliver next quarter.

I am hoping even though there is a tight trading range of about 6% we still have a reasonable amount of activity going on. March could be a quieter month if this continues and hit growth expectations......
