I used to work for a company listed on the exchange and they acquired over 8 businesses in my tenure. Not once did any of those acquisitions go to shareholder vote! They just did it, agreed by the BODS

Excellent news, good to see an update and confirmation of the AGM date. Hopefully all resolutions passed then we are back dealing on 25th November! Good to see major investors/directors are locked in for at least 6/12 months. Hopefully the share price on opening will climb a lot higher than the placing price of 2.75 pence. I will be holding for at least 6 months and will re-assess my position then. Hopefully by which time we will have seen a nice uplift in share price. Time to show more patience and start the countdown to the 25th November...Happy days

Expect to hear some news soon - End of November is cut off for paying the directors cash or new shares, End of December its all over. BOD need to give us a progress update ASAP.... 'In the coming weeks' they said at the end of September... Well they have had 4 weeks to update us, time to deliver imho

Happy to amend my original post from 'a deal is done' to 'offer on the table that both sides agree to' - Thats why DLA Piper are now onboard, and the chances are very very very strong that from this, a deal will be done.

3 scenarios:
1. No deal agreed, cant agree a price - call it off - No reason to call in DLA Piper
2. Negations still ongoing, multiple bidders but not close enough to the BODS sale price - No reason to call in DLA Piper
3. Deal agreed - WE NEED LEGALS - CALL IN DLA PIPER!

I first bought at 0.8 and have an average of 2p. I used to have half a million shares but stupidly sold at 200K at 4p. Hindsight is an amazing thing, wish i hadn't sold them now (obviously). I am completely de-risked, I know this company very well, I have done my research ,and my 300K shares are not being sold until a deal is done...end of
