Agree, I said the other day all these leaks are forcing the BODs hands, let them control things. A leak got us suspended for many months. Hopefully nothing more can be leaked

There will be no RNS today , but London stock exchange will issue one tomorrow morning to inform the market the shares have been suspended. Then MTFB will release an RNS advising they are very close to securing an RTO and will update us soon. Shares will be suspended for 6 months or until RTO completes. Simples.

Its not bust.... if no deal by 28th July (tommorrow) the shares will be suspended from trading. We then have 6 months to finalize the RTO, if no deal after the further 6 months we will be delisted. There is still 6 months to go!

A lot of info to take in but on first glance this looks really good. The potential here is huge. If they find and start producing gold the sky is the limit. Good to see directors agreed not to sell any shares for 6 months after RTO completion. I think I will be following the money here. If all major investors stay invested, so will I. Long stop date is 31st October so everything must be agreed, passed and signed by then. We will know what the new SP will be and then decide if we think it can go higher. If they find a bucket load of gold, up up up and away we go, major multi bag. I’m definitely giving this one time to play out, the potential is huge. Need to do more research on these 4 projects but from what I can see, this could be a bumper pay day if you have the patience

Agree - I said yesterday the only people that should be selling are the ones that need to, they need the money or they want out of the game as these are big figures for the Long term holders. The reality is this play has not finished yet, its half way through. Flanks approval and asset/company sell will more than double the current share price at a minimum...there is plenty to come. Strap in and hold those share tightly...

Huge buying action today, I’m following that huge money and not selling a single share until a deal is done. You only sold today if you needed to, no one in their right mind would have sold because they think it’s reached the peak. This has many more multiples to go

Rld are expecting completion in the short term. I think this is defo a done deal just paperwork delay. So who is this exploration company? They have 4 ongoing exploratory projects on the go in a gold rich area. I presume the aim is to find a load of gold and sell it to a miner such as Ocean. Here hoping one or all of these projects have already found the mother load and are well into their tenure of searching. Who are they though???

Hi A Mil. By all accounts AiM should suspend us tomorrow based on 6 calendar months from completion. I agree, wouldn’t it be awesome if it was end of the week! Will have to wait and see what 07hoo or 08h00 bring. Either way this will end well! Well done everyone still holding

Best case RNS asap to say RTO complete and await the new company listing

In the event that the Company does not complete a reverse takeover under AIM Rule 14 within such six month period or seek re-admission to trading on AIM as an investing company pursuant to AIM Rule 8 (either being, a "Re-admission Transaction"), the Company's common shares would be suspended from trading pursuant to AIM Rule 40. Thereafter, if a Re-admission Transaction has not been completed within a further six month period, admission to trading on AIM of the Company's common shares would be cancelled.

Re reading the RNS we have 6 months from the completion date of the sale of Capricorn, the sale completed on 2nd January, which means we have until COB Thursday. 2 more action packed days to come then, although the RTO RNS could drop any time
