1/2p on NY Wheel restart,wouldn't argue with that.
Of course since last summer this has been heavily diluted,so IMO restart news more likely 1p.
Of course we just don't know when this news will hit,but it could come out at anytime.
If you believe things are going to get back on track then 0.32 is presents potentially a very good risk reward.
If you believe the NY Wheel project is going to be abandoned then for Chal it's a big fat zero.

Challengers $3M investment ,would obviously soar if this project gets completed and more so once revenues hit the tills.

Can't see really any reason why 1p isn't achievable,short term
Down side if all fails then zero,that's if the NY Wheel is abandoned,but can't see it happening,Upside 300% for the 1p,and AB contract will be the main driver for more recovery.
Pretty good odds,worth a grand or two punt.
Company performance is pretty horrific,but that gives the opportunity on AIM to capatalise.
