It's a Win Win for all,Bondholders,Stakeholders and Shareholders.

This will be traded well up to close on Friday,but that's good,the share should start rerating and my guess a substantial rise up to close on Friday,then who knows what's this will be sitting on close Monday.
I'm actually tempted to take another load.

That article is very clear and sure there'll now be a strong uptake of stock before the approval.
