I emailed Serica trying to probe regards an update, & production figures for December last week, more than surprised to receive a reply from Mitch Flegg, CEO, 7am on a Saturday morning, he attached a pdf of the latest presentation advising all info contained within, the chart showed on looking, production figures on a par with Novembers (from what I can see). Would still be nice to have an update stating these figures & any other progress, which might help us move forward share price wise & keep momentum.

Watched the presentation, interested more in the Q&A's at the end, seems he differs on the total depth of drill to all what's been told or in our corporate presentations, ours state targeting the Torak formations (lowest we will go) I thought around 10,000 ft (Nanushack as primary targets) he suggests no lower than 8000ft, which reduces drilling time/costs, anybody know anymore on this? Maybe Phrontist as I read you had a good long conversation with Bandy over on the RMP board?

Will definitely be interesting to hear DW's take on the seismic being carried out over the leases. Does fit well with ENI's acquisition of Caelus Energy, appreciate that equally it could be the new players to the slope, Lagniappe...

Seismic to be carried out by SAE Exploration & by looks covers the entire of our Yukon leases, no name given as to who the company is acquiring the data, looking on the department of oil & gas lease activity maps, ENI recently acquired 350,000 acres off of Caelus Energy between Prudhoe Bay & Point Thompson.

Anybody else surprised not to see a mention of the Yukon tracts lease win in this weeks RNS, from memory previous lease wins were announced pretty much straight after being awarded them??....

Oilsearch update although limited, a couple of points of interest:
They took advantage of early cold weather to commence drilling, we could start ahead of schedule.
Drilling reached a depth of 1201m's, only took 10/11 days to reach this, were targeting multiple plays but the Nanushuk is the primary target. Our target depth is 3x (approx 11/12k feet), does that mean we're targeting the HRZ again?

Even though we have had no official RNS regarding the Yukon bids, & already established, the attached winning bids form has been updated from tied bid to Regenerate being the winning bidder, as attached.

Hi all,
I'm interested in others thoughts regards the current share price & what will be the next driver upwards of the share price, or do you all think we will see a fair period of sideways movement?
Obv last years BKR deal was a huge for Serica & I'm sure the team are working hard on this & will be for some time/ongoing, but what can we expect next? Possible operations update next week or so, final financials for 2018 in April, Rowallan drill news mid May/June.
Whilst I'm more than happy with progress made, I can't help but feel we need some further news to move us to the next level, do others think the same? Or is there short term drivers I'm missing?

Nice to have confirmation of the Rowallan HPHT drill has commenced, although no exact date given, with an approximate 140 days to reach target depth, looking at around mid/end of May.

The other tied bidder - Bachner, J Andrew, & Forsgren, Keith C appear to be local investors, whether chancing on the land tracts unsure but have been awarded previous land from the basic research I can see, previously yr 2000, 2007 but Beaufort Sea Area Wide.

Shares_to_buy so the net production of 23000 is all ours minus production costs? The 60% isn’t deducted from this?

Maybe a basic question to the more knowledgeable.. could somebody explain the term ‘Net Production’ please? Is it the average production over a period of time or is it the production figures allocated to Serica after the deductions to BP etc? One reason I ask is after rereading yesterday’s RNS - Production in Sept/Oct 2018 has averaged c.29,000 boepd (gross) Rhum field & c.13,400 boepd (gross) for Bruce & Keith fields, so an average of 42,400 boepd (gross) in total. It was my ‘Bed & ISA’ today, more than happy moving shares from my trading account across for the future, I will be taking up my rights issue also. I didn’t get to the presentation in September but would of done if I could of, Phrontists post on his private discussion with DW was good to read & the Podcast yesterday was positive in my view.
