Requisition of General Meeting



The board of Primorus announces that it has received a letter from a shareholder (the "Letter") who holds in excess of 5% of the issued share capital of the Company, dated 8 September 2020, requiring that the Company convene a general meeting, at which resolutions will be proposed to remove the current board as directors of the Company and appoint as directors of the Company Rupert Labrum, Hedley Stuart Clark and Matthew Paul Beardmore.

The Letter is a requisition under section 303 of the Companies Act 2006. The Company is mindful that, pursuant to section 304 of the Companies Act 2006, the Company must post a notice convening a general meeting within 21 days from the date on which the requisition notice was received, and this general meeting must be held on a date not more than 28 days after the date of the notice to shareholders convening the general meeting.

Which site or package do you use for your breakdown of the days trades? Thanks in advance!

Out of interest what do you guys make of the institutional buys that keep appearing with Rockrose?? Some experienced heads here will have a better idea?? Sasa??
Is it just percentages on big holdings or do you see a rival bid coming in??

Anybody keep an eye on the charts? Yesterday’s candle stick was a ‘Doji’, an indecision candle, opening & closing pretty much at the same price, after roughly two weeks of sideways trading we could be in for a move in a new direction, let’s hope it’s a move to the upside!

Malcolm Webb, Non-executive Director uses his maiden dividend to purchase a further 1535 shares, bringing his share holding to 64,506, 0.0241% of the current issued share capital.

Any holders done the same or planning to? I will be using my dividend payment to top up my holding.

Personally thought it was a good solid presentation by Dave. I managed to get the final question in regards an official data room being open regards the Peregrine prospect.

NewKOTB can fill you in on the trades, he keeps a closer eye on it for all of us! The ‘A’ trades have been controlling the share price for months... the increase in volume I put down to a lot of new money coming over from Rockrose Energy shareholders taking positions...

Any body else watch the Wentworth Resources interview & have a view on it? They have been able to make it work for them in Tanzania, a lot of similarities & are looking at acquisitions, wouldn’t be surprised if they haven’t looked over Solos stake.

Rockrose energy take over offer by Viaro Energy Ltd, recommended take over by the board at 1850p, a 64% increase on Friday 3rd Julys closing price.

I know a lot of Serica share owners hold Rockrose Energy also, hopefully you guys are happy with this, ends the chat of a possible merger with SQZ. Personally would of liked to of seen Rockrose continue to grow & make acquisitions & hit the £50 share price target! Confirms SQZ need to be on guard for being a take over target also!

I’ve just emailed Solo also, will see if I get a reply! Originally was going to email after the failed One Dyas deal but let it go, but after today’s update it was due...

All they had to see was something like ‘the bod continue to work hard on screening potential assets etc with an aim of fulfilling our strategy’ .... but zilch

Solo Bod should be ashamed of themselves, corporate update... nothing in that RNS that gives anything positive that’s not pretty much known to its shareholders, aside of the legal obligations, where’s the going forward/outlook statement? Does make you question what these guys do on a daily basis...

I’ve asked Donald Leggatt (via twitter), he does the interviews with Company directors etc for London South East, after watching recent interviews he’s conducted whether he could do similar with DW & 88e, he has said he will ask the question, so hopefully he may get a positive response! We shall see. if you haven’t seen any of his interviews, he tends to ask the questions us investors want answers to whether that’s awkward for the interviewee or not, much better than the recent podcast that just plays lip service to DW!
