As per Bigdouble, great research & appreciate the time you’ve put it to it & for sharing it on here! I’d support any action. I personally see the pattern of the last two years from the board continuing, also understand from BigD’s comments who much work would be needed to done to call an EGM..

Well we have the quarterly report due, last year it was on the 20th Jan, followed by a capitol raise in short order which cancelled the upward share price move at the time, the previous year the quarterly was on the 31st Jan, so will be interesting to see i) when it comes out ii) current cash position bearing in mind recent activity & what we have going on at the moment & moving forward.

Just looking back through the RNS history to see when the first info on Alpha lead came to light after 88e acquired 2D seismic early 2016, & sharing it for any one interested to take a look.

Why doesn’t that surprise me!! Pantheon management should be an example to 88e’s.

Pantheon taking on new acreage where they’ve carried out extensive 3D seismic, also boosting with the Dalton Highway allowing potential year round work programme, boasting a Great Day for the Company..

Good to see Talitha-A spudded 13th Jan. Will be good to see the outcome from this with several leads thought to continue into 88e Acreage, however raises some questions regards Management:

Why are we not & have not looked at our Alpha lead & worked out from here? We have the Dalton Highway & TAP’s bang on it. Pantheon are keen in their RNS to mention these key facts!

Knowing Pantheon had already had a find on their acreage adjacent to ours why didn’t/haven’t we targeted that area with seismic to see what we do have? This would be an obvious next move out from Alpha lead.

Why does Management choose to chase leads that are away from infrastructure in areas that rely on other operators in the success case.

Pretty sure others must have similar thoughts from having a logical view?

Possible Corporate update due, 14th Jan 2020 & 16th Jan 2019 previously, or will we have a combined update including Rhum 3 well. Either way with the recent increase in Nat Gas prices we have to be looking at an absolute upbeat update!

Just a bit of basic info... if you used your trading account for your share purchase, for the 2020/21 tax year you can have profit on selling up to £12,300 before paying any tax. So being as it’s a first purchase & not knowing amount invested, the £12,300 allowance may of be fine. A trading account allows you to offset losses on shares purchased against profits (maybe further down the line).
The ISA as you’ve worked out is the best way though, max £20k investment annually, all profit, dividends are tax exempt, but unable to offset any losses on share sales if you occur them in the future.

Now you’re in profit.. do you have a target price or overall goal?

Whether the acquisition is right or wrong, subject to funding or whichever way it’s agreed to move forward (time will tell) we will have a drill next winter season (21/22) ‘Current conditions stipulate a well commitment (exploration or appraisal) by 31st Aug 2022.

Also of interest, in the RNS the drawing showing Pantheons Talitha-A prospect extending into 88e acreage, is our own Alpha lead, this is the first time in a very long time I’ve seen it highlighted by 88e, could the Alpha prospect finally be getting some attention by management. I know we have mentioned it as being the obvious target being situated next to the TAPS etc..

GRG - Global Reserve Group - founder Jeffrey Harris & founded 2012, Jeffrey Harris appointed to the board as a Ned 20/12/2012, stepped down from his role 21/11/2017 as part of the BKR deal announcement so no conflict of interest with the US/Iran connection (Rhum).

Previously OFAC Licenses have been valid for a period of one year, but in this case OFAC has issued the License for an extended period up to 28 February 2021. The License may be renewed on application by Serica assuming the conditions continue to be met.

Mitch Flegg had a small spot on Radio 4’s Today programme (started at 6am, approx 20/25mins in) talking about working towards the governments net zero white paper & the how Natural Gas has its role to play in the transition, also imported LNG 3x more carbon created than using North Sea production. As said only discussed this & very brief interview.
