Got sucked into AIM when retired here at GGP , FOG @ Some other 1p shares. Always did my research..The secret appears to be sell in the early stages. I didn’t so I am still stuck here. Doh. FOMO we all have it. Just can’t wait to escape. But surely with this latest news, money making, the lid has to blow. The trades that showed up after 1630 are an example of how bent this game is. If buys or sells why has the price not changed. I don’t get it. Been a part time bookmaker, owned horses and make my beer money that way. It’s a lot less bent than AIM and more regulated. DISGRACEFUL. GLA here who want this to succeed.

If as some have said the market is forward thinking and our total ownership is priced in, then by the same token should not the dilution be priced in. But the rub is we’re on AIM which as we all know is there to be manipulated and the SP will be. When were on the Aus market and in production it will hopefully change the sp direction for a few years to come..Been here a long time , 38p been and gone, but Dead excited about the future. The problem with bottom feeders like Kever is that it puts doubt in the not convinced. Rightly or wrongly if you buy a share always do your own thing. DYOR. The parasites on here attack doubt. It must be your choice. Feck him / them off or better filter. But do your own thing.

Please get together and do a Sherlock and find out who / they nearly every night drops the price back with trades after 1630. My knowledge of dealing prices would fit on the back of a stamp but this is getting even more and more frustrating. Only nipped out for a beer and came back 6% worse off. B2B fair enough. I did say that the facts maybe wrong, you have rightly put the record straight, I defo wasn’t spouting. I know a spouter when I read one. I was looking for a salary example and used the wrong one. But the differentials on salary would be the same in Euros / pounds etc. Your point is taken, but I do believe that the POQ salary will become an issue going forward unless we hit another Stellar result in the future.

Poods I nearly added before that POQ wasn’t to blame for this failure, but there have been so / too many, at the end of the day he is on huge wages for failing. The buck stops with him. I’m speaking through my pocket which as far as FOG is concerned is totally empty. Like all holders here we need another Stellar win and not a PLEASED TO ANNOUNCE another failure. Doing the raise at a low price and not after the stellar win was a shocker. We are not in bed with Sheffield were at his feet and the wages being paid to POQ for being a lackey is way too much.

Related Party Transaction

The Company has amended the employment contract of Philip O’Quigley, Falcon’s Chief Executive Officer, to

increase the payment due under the change of control provision from one year to three years base salary (the

remuneration with the strategic objectives and the shareholders’ interests.

I don’t know about the guys and gals here but I never got a pay rise for failure.

Anyway I have written to FOG to ask

No 1 Why POQ has not invested in his own company for many years. Is there a genuine reason,legal? Notice it was discussed recently. But surely must have been a window of opportunity in last few years.?

No 2 why was the raise not done after the STELLAR news when the share price was a lot higher than when the raise price was completed a lot lower. Legal reasons, bad management or for BS benefit ? Genuine questions, perhaps legalities I’m unaware of.

Anyway have written to them. probably won’t be covered. Perhaps someone listening in could provide a feedback and the tone of the QA

As always let’s hope there’s an escape route.

Nice post Nick been here a long but only post occasionally. My avg about 7p saw and dismissed the circa 35p , greed eh. so fingers crossed we get there again. Loads of green boxes, as I think I have finally filtered the doom-mongers and the ulterior motive brigade. A couple of years to go and the fallout from the raise I think yet to fully kick in. UBS today an example. But we now have the infrastructure and tools in place, the board and big time investors, to move forward.

Read one or two sad pieces sorry for your losses. As I mnow get to my 70 th it sadly becomes a fact of life. My best wishes to all here who want this to be a success. Never understood why you would wish s h it on folk. If nothing else let’s enjoy the ride.

POQ or Wetwater or whatever something needed to be done. Last chance saloon. Still think POQ out of his depth with Sheffield pulling the puppet strings tighter. Can’t forgive not doing the raise on stellar results rather than waiting for the price to drop on no news. I ran my own successful company and some decisions here strategically very strange. Really really hope I’m wrong and if I am will apologise and say so. But until then I wouldn’t trust this man with a piece of strong let alone a listed company. Please prove me wrong. We’re taking some terrible hits on this share. Maybe time for the directors to do the same. If POQ confident on stellar results what a time to load up. If not step aside or at least reduce his salary because at the moment we are in the doldrums an he is adding no seeing value. We have no idea what’s going on the background or what secret handshakes have taken place. Great price for Sheffield to mop up if rumours or manipulating. We are totally in the dark. Life in general a challenge and we learn but with Fog it’s been a continual shafting. Like most here can’t do anything about it. just as easy to write off. Nothing new just p I ss ed off. Gambled and lost.

Maybe everybody bombard them with emails. Easy done. If nothing occurs nothing lost. Just to show the level of feeling about how the company is being run.
