Falcon Oil & Gas has announced an Annual and Special General Meeting to be held on 14 July 2022. As a shareholder in Falcon Oil & Gas, you now have the opportunity to vote on the proposed resolutions.

The resolutions to vote on are as follows:

1. To fix the number of Directors to be elected at five (5)
2. Election of directors
a. Joe Nally
b. Phillip O?Quigley
c. Gregory Smith
d. Tom Layman
e. Anne *****
3. Appointment of BDO LLP as Auditors of the Corporation for the ensuing year and authorizing the Directors to fix their remuneration.
4. To consider, and if deemed advisable, to pass a resolution approving the Corporation?s stock option plan.

One step forward 3 steps back. This share is trying. Still holding but defo looking like leaving to the grand kids. A bit of news any news would nice please.

Hope Wishbone holders do well but it seem that the prices are the wrong way round. If Wishbone Red setter does the job bet the trolls and bankers here move on to them. Shameful.

After reading Bamps post yesterday, I thought I would say hello. In since the early 2p and small sells at the 36p. I don’t post as no mining expert, but love the story that is unfolding . Still holding a large wedge. Disappointed with the shorts continuing but unlike JerryS do think the JPM short is maybe aligned to the current 5%. differences.

****ed up. Sold some yesterday and left enough to break even. Sold today. Obviously not a done deal, as watching with interest for re-entry. A few maybes, could of and should ofs but Grenfell maybe an issue. So suggest keep eyes open and post if come across anything. Especially a summation. GLA and All the best

Anger Hope your correct was only posting as looking for reasons. Been on the Grenfell Inquiry and found this. Guess we should all read and see if anything comes to light. I would like to top up as would like to take Grenfell out of the equation.

Please correct if wrong. But does the statement copied from above still stand.

“A further update will be provided when production testing has concluded, and detailed evaluation has been undertaken, expected to be in Q2 2021”

Has the **** hit the fan and the detailed report, if taken / testing produced NILL. Does that report still stand.

Not been taking too much notice as the whole thing is a total downer but agree with all here that POQ needs to be a tad more vocal.

So please PHILLIP give us an update. Long suffering folk here deserve an update, even saying if you can’t give an update. You get paid very well for doing seemingly very little. Please prove otherwise. I have also sent via LINKEDIN.

We’re busy doing NOTHING working the whole day through, trying to find lots of things not to do. We’re busy going NOWHERE isn’t it such a crime, we’d like to be unhappy but we really don’t have the time.

Great board has kept most cheerful, I think my 9 years holding coming up. What a dick for holding that long, It’s been like watching paint dry. Hope 2021 sees us through. Like most here STILL to scared to sell.
