PWhite is correct. A management buyout and a delisting are two different corporate events.

An MBO is a type of leveraged buyout in which the management of a company acquires a controlling stake in the company. This is typically done by borrowing money to finance the acquisition. Management acquires 30% or more of the shares over 100 million would be significantly higher than £5.8 million. I'm betting someone is buying cheap here.

I've noticed that most investors want to grow their investments and make money. Trolls come out of the woodwork when there is good news announced to try to derail the price all day in order to achieve their goals. Their goals are to short, trade, get in cheap, and be jealous. I would suggest ignoring them and not engaging with them, and just let them talk to each other. They will always jump on any positive post you start negative messages.
