Think i'll stick around. Potentially there are some significant price catalysts here. For example, if a law firm takes this on a contingency and states the co has a strong case targeting £200m blah blah.
Anyway, still nearly half a tcf of gas sitting there so as Bradis says, no danger of going bust.

And we could argue with force that a the concession had not been breached as the Slovenian Court had already made clear that an EIA wasn't required?

But they would have to go to court to enable that?

We could just go ahead and restimulate anyway.. Let them take us to court while we drag it out for the next 5 years?

Yep. Didn't get the bottom but took a few chunks. Sorry for those who have lost here and not wanting to rub salt in wounds but this has been a good share for me. Couldn't care less about who says what about the co. tbh. Imo this will show another good rise sooner or later and I fully expect to benefit again. Patience, as always, is the winner.

VRS also went vertical and kept going but these are rare events. This has the right ingredients to replicate but whether it will or not, time will tell. I will be looking to add carefully on any weakness.

My thoughts exactly Rob. Also, this isn't following the usual trend ie jump then retrace. Every time there's any decent selling, the price shoots up again thus discouraging punters from profit taking. I sold a bunch low 7's with a view to picking them back up cheaper but obviously that didn't go to plan. While Higgins is still building his position, I don't see an immediate back test but I could be wrong. The longer that lasts, the closer more news is. Tough one to read.

This is proving to be a genuine winner. Think it will take a while but my guess is that this will be swallowed. Meanwhile, there's nothing the market loves more than revenue..
