I have my suspicions that some of the larger sells are indeed the redeemed preference shares from YA, being sold by the company. As we have not had clarification what is happening with them, are they being held in treasury? Is an institution taking them? Or are they being drip fed into the market? Either way I am expecting clarification on this.
I have been trying to put myself in the shoes of a pi sat on the side lines “ what would make me invest in FRR”?

Well I can assure you it wasn’t me that made that comment. I have joined the dots, and after 20 years in Georgia FRR are still pishing about testing & proving up. I have been quite bullish upto a few weeks back, and I then made my exit strategy. In a much better place now! I only originally invested for the Gas and as that is now on the back burner and I am of the belief the company could have informed us a lot earlier on that “ same old Frr “ I have only been invested here for just over 2 years, had chances to get out, and in profit. My fault I didn’t nobody else’s. I sincerely wish you all well and hope the company comes through for you. For me I have now wasted to much time and money on this, time that I can’t get back, the money! Well I will just have to work harder to get that back. Not out yet, but will be by the end of August. You won’t here from me again “ thank feck “ most will be saying, but please keep ramping for the next few weeks.Lol

Anyone know if the 3 Oil well campaign’s estimated flow rates, if met are good enough to then gain a production license? Is that not something we would have to get before any JV/Farm in could be agreed? And likewise with the Gas. Not sure how it works, but could that be what we are currently chasing and waiting on, to be able to RNS the granting of a production licence alongside flow rates. Any thoughts from the Top guys on the BB

We’re playing with one hand tied behind our back here, we daren’t even ask the Georgian government for the tax rebate we are owed! Zaza will be jumping through many hoops to bring these assets out of the ground under FRR’s flag or that of a major. You may be right regarding the request for Arbitration and as you say they surely must have some details of the request by now! The longer this block on communication goes on, the mor this plays in to the hands of the shorters etc. We have all stumped up cash when the company has come calling regardless of the amounts. Is it not time for the company “ of which we all own “ to come clean and update it’s share holders on what the money we have invested has achieved, and if they can’t do that as there is restrictions on communication ( NDA ) ffs tell us, so we can put all this speculating to bed. Tick the boxes Zaza ffs you started off ever so well.

For me is a positive sign that we have something and they want to be a part of it.
Disappointing thing for me is, a long with the share price. The company would not have informed the market about the Arbitration if it had not been leaked. Now what does that tell us?
To say the company would have to inform the market straight away if there was bad news to be reported is a joke!!
I truly hope that good news is near, but trust is earned, and I’m not to sure Zaza has earned mine yet!

Over the weekend, and come clean to the boss on how many thousands of pounds I am currently down with this share.
After she stopped swearing, she said this is why she won't let me do the food shopping. You've paid HOW MUCH for jam. Thankfully I still have a roof over my head, for the time being anyway.

Canny, for me the appointment of the non-executive director will be the key to unlocking what is to come, or I’m hoping so. Time will tell but news has got to be soon.
Not been to one of the meetings in London yet ( due to work commitments) but I think we are due another in August, no news before that & things could get a little spikey.
