Gordon Stein, CFO of CleanTech Lithium, explains why CTL acquired the 23 Laguna Verde licenses. Watch the video here.
Have a great weekend -F79 / Ben / Matthew or whoever you may be. Not too many legal highs for you this weekend I hope? As you have not given any evidence to support your claim of a dressing down / libel I will just have to conclude that you are an out and out liar.
ATB!
You have a great weekend to F79 / Matthew / Ben. Maybe we will see a week where you are not engaging in pointless petty arguments with random people on bulletin boards but I guess the chances of that are pretty much zero. Much like your analytical ability. ATB!
F79 / Matthew / Ben - I have absolutely no idea what you are on about which is why I am asking you to expand on your own statement that I have been given a dressing down for sharing libel about you / Ben?
Who have I been given a dressing down by? What is the supposed libel? These are quite serious allegations to be making on a public forum. Of course hiding behind an anonymous ID you no doubt feel like you can write all sorts of nonsense as you very often do and it will not matter. Continue living in your dream fantasy Alice in Wonderland world of KAV investing where the sky is forever blue and tomorrow you will be feasting on that glorious jam sandwich.
‘Given a dressing down for sharing libel about Ben’? That’s quite a statement - Especially from someone who posts behind a hidden anonymous identity and is sensitive to the slightest hint of criticism. Care to expand? Unlike you I don’t hide and throw slurs at others. You really do need some serious help F79 / Matthew / Ben or whoever you may in fact be.
The main information missing from the debate is the identity of the vendor. Strange it has still not been disclosed despite the fact that the contract has been signed? What have KAV to gain from holding back on such basic details? It only adds to the suspicion that they are not open honest and transparent. It also leads to pointless speculation as we are now seeing.
There is little evidence so far that this is a classic pump and dump. These guys have been buying again today eg one trade they did to buy 1 million at 1p which was reported delayed was certainly theirs. The price would need to be considerably higher from where it is now for them to be ‘selling into the rise’. I think the sellers are just profit takers or people simply looking for liquidity which again some have informed they are doing in the telegram group.
Hi legal
Guess you guys are not on telegram and so are probably not aware of what’s going on with the share price? A group of investors have spotted that KAV was ridiculously cheap at 1p and have all piled in. There is also a little bit of banter on Twitter. Nothing to do with any potential leak or RNS coming out as far as I can tell. I think they will keep buying and the message seems to be spreading so all good. Thanks
Thanks for that DevilBaby. I want to be moving on from all of that negativity. I will be reducing my social media presence on KAV. It is not my only investment and not even my main investment although it was the one I thought had the greatest potential but which has been pretty much destroyed over the past couple of years. There is still hope but unfortunately the upside is considerably diminished with the ever increasing dilution whilst the risks were remain. Still we live in hope. Maybe something good will come out of this KSZ drill or we will get some good assay results out of Ditau? There is also still the KCB so not all is lost. Fingers crossed and hoping for a turnaround in fortunes soon. Thanks.
Further to my previous post Ben has messaged me to say that my mention of him being a 50% owner of Teathers is incorrect and I am happy to correct that. Apologies to you Ben for that mistake. Looking at the companies house website it shows that there is no single individual with control over Teathers Financial Plc.
Sorry if you feel that way. No intention of being rude to you at all. I think you are just over sensitive and over reacting. You will probably consider me saying that to you rude too? Sometimes you just can’t win with some people.
Another long winded aggressive / confrontational note from you F79. I have no desire to exchange accusations and counter accusations with you so can we please keep it simple? I have used the numbers for resolution 9 which is the preemption rights rather than just resolution 8 as some small number of shareholders are effectively saying that they would vote for 8 but only if all shareholders were given the right to subscribe.
So the number that voted for resolution is 276,456, 216 of which the insiders would be:
Purebond 85,000,000
Solai Pension. 1,000,000
POW 69,500,000
Arigo 27,777,777
Mike Moles 22,092,768
PWB (guess?). 2,000,000
Ben Turney. 8,970,551
Hilary Gumbo 16,520,137
David Smith 173,939
Brett Grist 920,245
Total. 233,955,717
If we strip these out the votes for by ‘independent’ voters is 42,500,499 vs the against votes of 50,977,300.
If we exclude Arigo from the insiders the. The balance swings the other way which I accept there may be a case for. I think it’s diff to argue against POW being insiders given the historical relationship and the fact that our CEO is the 50% owner of a company that the POW CEO is also a 50% owner of and is indeed the CEO of.
Am always open to counter arguments / suggestions and try to avoid generalising as you are doing but anyway not going to write an essay about it here. Am happy to see your numbers / view. As we are talking about numbers it should actually be pretty back and white? The only issue I think is going to be who you consider an ‘insider’ and who you consider ‘independent’? I have assumed the following are insiders: PB, Solai Holdings, Mike Moles, POW, Arigo and members of the KAV board.
