Is it possible that someone has bought hundreds of millions of shares and is now selling them cheaply to portuguese companies and investors cheaply? I don't see any other option.

I like that this company is the most transparent in terms of information. The inform with shareholders about everything. This company has a bright future, with EU support. I think after phase 2 drilling and DFS buyout is possible if the price is suitable. There must be big companies interested about Europes largest spodumene lithium deposit. The amount of lithium will certainly increase significally even after phase 2 drilling results.

Ironknut, you don't see that as a positive. Savannah is first ones in Europe and after approvals and when they got things running they are major player in there. EU is going to need European lithium, they don't want to be dependent on others.

Could Rio Tinto they buy this with 6,7 bn also, thanks!

Savannah Resources Plc, the developer of the Barroso Lithium Project in Portugal, Europe’s largest spodumene lithium deposit, is pleased to announce that several important milestones for the Project and the wider critical raw materials sector in the country have been passed in recent days.

Most significantly, the temporary land access process (see Interim Results RNS, 30 September 2024), which grants Savannah immediate access to land on the Project’s C-100 Mining Lease which it does not already own, has now been completed. This will allow Savannah to undertake fieldwork and drilling required to advance the Project’s Definitive Feasibility Study and environmental licencing process.

I think Grupo Lusiaves SGPS, S.A. is not ready and satisfied with the 6 % they got. RNS came same time than 1 500 000 buy so big buys continue. They and other portuguese will hoard shares as long they got those for so cheap. Why would they settle when things are looking good for SAV.

Why would they export lithium to China? Point is to get Europe self-suffisent. You don't think they need lithium anywhere else in Europe? I don't see your point.

So Portuguese buyers are going to hoard as long as someone is selling at cheap price. Everyday from 1 to 3 mil shares. Soon 20 mil RNS again.

What are your target prices that you are willing to sell SAV shares? Many people have been waiting years this to rise.

If I remember right, before it was Slipstream Res 3,4 % ownership, selling before.

Still 48,5 % ownership "Other" so hard to know who is selling.

Sounds logical. They can buy majority of shares cheaply and then buy the rest of the company. Then they can pay 1 £ per share for the small investors for remaining amout of shares. Thats what I hope for :)

How can they sell at 3.90-4.00 tens of millions shares SP remaining the same? I think sp should be at least double if they sold normally.

So they can make a contract and sell straight to Portuguese investors.

Why the buy/sell is always unknown on these big sales. And should there be RNS on how 10 mil buys?
