Could someone explain simply “Hash Rate”.

That appears to be where the profit will be made from the last bitcoin purchase RNS.

MNAV isn’t too bad at around 2x which means bitcoin has to go north of $240k to justify the market cap.

My view is that until we see clearly that OBD can generate the necessary cash flow to survive in its current form the SP will not reflect the real value of the assets.

Iain Ross has been very clear the company wasn’t very far away from being in receivership when he took over.

Funds for a year based on the then current cash burn were raised. Hopefully the increasing sales are generating cash but some sort of deal needs to be done or a further capital raise will be required.

I expect a clearer picture will be available in the Autumn of how the management see the company generating cash flow.

I would then be very supportive of a CLN with a conversion strike price of say 2p.

Iain Ross needs to buy time to realise the true value of this company.

All a bit technical for me but fascinating and exciting. Iain Ross's original presentation was easier for non-scientists to understand but what I take away from this presentation is the depth of knowledge in the IP. I am very happy with my significantly overweight investment.

They have certainly got traction in the US - Medicare reimburse their prostate cancer test.

The true value will win out as more stock is held by long term investors.

I trust Ian Ross to manage the cash position and if necessary raise future funds. I for one would subscribe to CLNs convertible at 1p or higher.

The Hysata presentation is very bullish but gives no timeline when they will be able to supply the $5bn/10GW conditional orders.

What can they produce currently ?

The fact that this wasn’t explained makes me nervous that scaled production is a long way off.

The Saudi delivery is good but what size etc. just told they delivered a rather nice looking “box” but no details.

As this was pre-recorded from Australia no questions were possible.

Feels as this is very near resolution.

Interestingly the Directors received options on appointment at 17p with the first tranche not vesting until December.

The remaining 4 tranches vest over 2 years with the final tranche requiring a 90p minimum SP.

Conclusion the Directors are aligned for long term success.

I’m sure he would be happy to take them in shares.

He doesn’t need the money and if the company required further capital raise I’m sure he would follow.

Good clear explanation of the company’s raison d’être - however failed to deal with the elephant in the room - is ONT going to deliver. That is the call we have to make - I’ve taken the view IP Group will realise at least today’s ONT valuation.

So bought £25k of shares this morning.

Article in The Telegraph today saying Chris Hoy supports EDX Medical ‘s prostate cancer tests which are 96-99% accurate.

Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust and Imperial College London are leading a trial backed by Prostate Cancer UK to assess multiple different types of prostate cancer screening tests to identify what is the best for the NHS to use moving forward.

EDX Medical believes it has the answer although it has not yet set how much the test and analysis will cost.

I have trouble understanding why they don’t use the funds generate in the winding process up to buy their shares into treasury as there has been constant selling depressing the SP.

Given the enormous supposed discount to NAV this would give profits to the remaining holders.

Maybe Victory Park want to push the SP down and then use a sleight of hand to take out the loans and shares at a low valuation. They give so little information that’s what worries me.

Today’s reply doesn’t help much.

How much does Pranagraf owe to TGR ?

I invested for the downstream knowledge that they hyped so successfully in the past.

What happened to the £5m ? Just spent on an acquisition rather than sort out the promised merger.
