The DFS is due before the end of March !!

They have signalled that it is good and is the starting gun for bringing in a partner to finance the build out of the project.

Hopefully this self imposed deadline isn’t missed and the SP recovers.

Yes agreed operationally the company is doing very well. The targets for year end are very exciting - 70,000 Lucky World shops vs 9,000 currently.

However why the 3,996,779 warrants are being repriced at £0.01 from £1.88 I really do not understand - appears a gratuitous present to Messrs Rudd & Willets although I don’t deny they’ve done a very good job so far.

The SP is held back by the risk of more dilution until such time the company is generating positive cash flow.

It feels as though the people who took up the placement at 5p with a 6p warrant are taking their profit and will run the warrant.

At present the bitcoin are probably worth more than the current net worth of the company.

I suggest the board swivel to investing in Gold, Silver & miners. This would create some interest and value.

Enjoyed the Investormeetcompany presentation and was particularly struck by the discussion on SSBs which require more lithium, don’t catch fire so lighter with a longer range & quicker to recharge.

As an investor in Ilika that was a great cross confirmation.

As a holder & for peace of mind I would like to know if the sales are extending the cash runway so Iain Ross can get the best deal.

Minergy knew they had a ransom strip and filed for the CEOL to force CTL’s hand.

They’ve got a great deal.

Ignacio Mehech joined from being country manager with Albemarle.

His view is CTL will now get the CEOL and only failed due to Minergy’s spoiling tactics.

Steve Kesler said most of the big players are in their data room getting ready for when the CEOL is acquired.

From the Investor presentation I am very comfortable that this will happen.

Why not buy Cleantech (CTL) ?

You get to join their capital raise at the same price and get the warrant if you are a registered shareholder next week - as far as I can see no minimum requirement just need to be a shareholder.
