I was quite dumbfounded by the lack of acknowledgement towards this fact that boohoo don't employ the factory workers, rather it has service contracts with the suppliers who are an independent private company, you can tell MKs frustration towards this as he had to explicitly remind them of this FACT. I've not finished watching it all but it seems that they want to use boohoo as the scapegoat for the underpaid factory workers.
MKs message was clear, it's about looking forward to fix any wrong doings and make good, having looked at some of the changes they have implemented/propose I think they've gone above and beyond any company in ensuring factory workers who they DON'T employ are safe from such exploits.
Also off topic but I don't think the woman in the kitchen with the red lipstick was all there, it's almost as if she was deaf to answers and was sticking to her script. Perhaps as an MP of Leicester east she was trying to deflect any negligence on her part.
