RE: News story - Leader emerges in race for EPCI deal from IOG22 Oct 2019 12:59
A frontrunner has emerged for the engineering, procurement, construction and installation contract from Independent Oil & Gas (IOG) covering two minimum facilities platforms once the London-listed operator takes a final investment decision to develop its Blythe and Southwark gas fields in the UK southern North Sea.
Netherlands-based fabricator HSM Offshore is in pole position to land the contract, Upstream understands.
HSM, which has been working with compatriot IV Offshore Energy on the engineering, is understood to have been in competition with Italy’s Rosetti Marino.
