With all these new appointments surely employee costs are just increasing. How much are these guys being paid? 50, 100k? How much cash left for this year? 1mln?

So where is it. Why the delay? Is there any wording there on timing apart from thresholds?

As per my post on 18 Jan 2019, this has now fallen to 0.1 as predicted. Consolidation will occur when there is substantial business operation moving forward (which mind you is in none of your interests - consolidation is not ideal). Then, if BOD are feeling friendly, they will open offer shares upon a placing too.

is a cracking share. Revenue is constant and share price always recovers. Dividends are generous and correct me if I'm wrong there is another in Oct and then Jan. At these prices I think is a great opportunity to buy and add, imo. My only issue is with the debt the company has accumulated from recent acquisitions and their plan to reduce.
