George Frangeskides, Chairman at ALBA, explains why the Pilbara Lithium option ‘was too good to miss’. Watch the video here.
Why sell this to the Koreans if the mine is not going ahead .
I also opened the gigafactory topic. I am pleased with the interest of Korean companies to invest in the project of a factory for the production of batteries for electric cars in the Czech Republic. Such a project would have a huge benefit for our automotive industry.

Here ya go Teddy , the man I was talking about . "Mr Lithium says he’ll ‘be dead’ before the lithium market is oversupplied"
https://stockhead.com.au/resources/mr-lithium-says-hell-be-dead-before-the-lithium-market-is-oversupplied/
Teddy , capex I think is around $850 mil . I am punting $1 bil to be conservative . I think the future sell price of Hydroxide will be the most infuencial moving forward . At market rates offtake , price could well be in 50 & 60's a tonne if not higher , also claimed by Joe Lowry whom is punting $100 K for a while , after this minor slump .

A little insight why we may not have had an offtake agreement earlier :
Own Core Lithium shares? Here's why the miner backed off its Tesla deal

Tesla warns Core Lithium of potential lawsuit over failed deal .
Personally I hate the fact we dont have an offtake bagged so far , but I reckon , KC and team have had to play poker and foolgo all in when the terms and pricing suited the project . All our clients have been trying to screw us from day one , Ie VW tender years ago for Lithium price of $10,000 tonne . I think in , in holding out we have heard the changing terms and conditions over last couple of years , to a point that the offtakers will come on board to , at market prices and some form of prepayment . Which is a far cry from what probab;y Core got sucked into , Yes maybe we could have done the same and would have regretted it for ever after . In a sense the Tesla politics with Core have probably worked in our favor , to even give us a stronger hand at the negotiating table . Later in October offtake sounds like the latest , Tesla is my punt .

He said 60,000 tonnes . Woo Hooo .

I cant think that the ERDB bank would invest when permits wouldnt be coming.
Maybe that is why they are on our registry . A little extra clout .
Michael Schmidt, Senior Analyst at the German Mineral Resources Agency, spoke to Innovation News Network about the steps that Europe must take to ensure that the demand for lithium is met.

Lithium stocks mania to extend into 2024 as EV demand soars
Well they are not maniaing around EMH , lets hope Mania in next few months 3 offtakes should occur in next 3 months , VW will wait for FID in Nov , DFS Oct will spell out how much production we will have per annum , i'm banking 60,000 tonnes . All financial packages and loans all to be sorted after FID .
70% finance has been mentioned a few times , ERBD and ECB . Critical Raw Materials Act grants will be in a bag somewhere . Prepaid offtakes more than likely , 1 offtake for 10,000 tonnes at current market is worth $400,000 prepaid one year .
Finance of $1 Bil = $700 Mil + 1 offtake $1.1 Bil . 3 off 6 month prepaid of 10,000 tonne offtakes is $600 Mil . And these figures don't include any grants , and we already have $50 mil from Just fund coming . I hear German Gov are also close to dishing out funds , we may even get some of that having cross border relations with them .

A small snippet from the CEZ annual report
Zinnwaldite Mining Exploration
In March 2020, ČEZ decided to join a lithium ore extraction project at Cínovec. The original developer of the project, European
Metals Holdings Limited (EMH), held a 100% stake in GEOMET, the holder of an exclusive license for exploration for zinnwaldite,
a lithium-containing mineral. CEZ Group’s Severočeské doly acquired a 51% stake in GEOMET through an increase of its stated
capital in H1 2020. Since joining the project, the first version of the feasibility study for the mining part has been completed and
the verification of the lithium processing process under semi-operating conditions is ongoing. In the permitting area, preparatory
work on the technical documentation has continued and several permitting processes have been formally initiated
Sad to be at the lower end of the market really . No value for being largest hard rock in Europe .

Fireball , I think your 60 kg is a tad high , most smaller cars would be in the 35 to 40 kg , but yes I did the sums too , it virtually reports back to our official 30,000 tonnes production line . 60,000 tonnes is looking better every day . Desk top study done , Scoping study on its way .
