Surprising enough ip the uranium pricing for Contract rates are often above spot pricing . There has not been a long term contract that anyone can say what the price is for lithium as all the big boys created and sold all their supply a couple of years ago . And all he big guys are quiet about their commercial dealings . I did speak to European Lithium CEO , he is suspicous of Market less 7.5% might be a long term price at the moment . I really do not see a long term contract under $50 k my self . We will need to make lithium from the most expensive cost bases just to fullfull the domestic EV market . Geomet just need to hold their nerve on pricing , which I believe they are and hence why we do not have a junk offtake agreement like some in the market . Very happy days to come PLL give the pricing some food for thought .

Bare in mind Bob my research on Uranium contracts suggests that contract rates are more often than not greater than spot prices , so so civilised in that industry , almost gentlemanly .

LLinv and Colin, pending on what contracts there are , there are also several Country juristrictions involved . Ie a contract with Tesla will probably involve German , Australian , Czech and American Law . Ip want to elaborate ?

Lithium will be the same eventually , Lithium will be the same as Uranium , you cannot turn the lights off in our economies nor can we stop transporting humans and product . The EV industry will just press on what ever the price of Li is , the alternative is a rising sea level and temperature .
