RE: EU Self Sufficient With EMH Lithium9 Jul 2019 09:11
stationary storage was likely to be a bigger deal for metals demand. Coughlan said a "mine to mouth" strategy was important for Europe to increase its global EV footprint.
" There are at least six projects within Europe that are planning integrated mines and refineries but we contend that most of these will not get built as the economic returns are too low for what are relatively high-risk investments. This leaves a gap that will have to be filled." Lol Only EMH , who are they going to call ? https://www.miningreview.com/battery-metals/european-car-industry-lithium-battery-value-chain/
It is a requirement on the ASX that all companies have sufficient funds in bank for two quarters of operation unless there is a bloody good reason why not , companies on ASX are forced to cap raise if they do not have the sufficient funds . As EMH would have only a quarter in the bank by now , he must know and advised ASX that industry partner is imminent .
Discussions with industry partners not requiring a cap raise . The only place to buy these shares are on line , KC will not do a rights issue . Get them now whilst they are cheap . $1.00 Aud open on any good news !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Love the way no one ever mentions where the Lithium supply will come from , it seems or feels like fete du compli .
The new ambition of the commission is to stimulate companies big enough to supply the likes of BMW AG and Volkswagen AG, which plan a massive increase in electric car production. Across the industry, the outlook is for a rising portion of cars to run on batteries in the coming years.
Only one real choice really whom is big enough to supply , EMH
https://www.euronews.com/2019/07/02/volkswagen-says-50-percent-of-china-sales-will-be-nevs-by-2035 By 2028, more than half of the Group’s planned 22 million electric cars will be produced in China, the statement added. so they will need 880,000 tonnes of lithium for these cars or or aprox 100,000 tonnes per annum , . lets say half in Europe that means 50,000 tonne needed from EMH or others .
Infinity Lithium (ASX:INF) may be about to emerge as a key lithium player in Europe. The European Battery Alliance (EBA) has told Infinity Lithium that it’s keen to play a role in facilitating finance for the company’s San Jose project in Spain. Representatives from the EBA and European Investment Bank met with Infinity Lithium in Madrid. Infinity is making progress towards a pre-feasibility study for the project.
France and Germany have been negotiating for 18 months to develop a battery industry. “We will need 10-25 gigafactories,” European Commission vice president Maroš Šefcovic said on Thursday. “The potential for employment is enormous: between 2 and 3 million direct and indirect jobs could be created in Europe.”
“We want a complete sector: from EXTRACTION OF MINERALS to the production of electric batteries and their recycling, in order to guarantee our sovereignty over the entire sector,”
