sid , CEZ shares will never get back to market , CEZ will get in due to the massive profits to be made and will eventually want dividends to feed back to the government . This is a great thing as we all will benefit from the dividends in the future . I would suggest EMH will have a dividend policy of up to 75 % of the profits , they certainly wont need cash for other investments . ( only possible expansion ) . So out of the Half $Billion in full year profit they would probably dividend 75% , a cool $375,000,000 back to shareholders . Based on my 500 million shares in the future ( now only 150 mil ) thats a 75 cent divi or 42 p

I suspect that this will also be last raising before we partner CEZ , so there wont be any more shares raised for the punters in the future until we do our capax funding . So you will only be able to buy shares on market . I also suspect delays from the CEZ talks and funding months ago and hence the need to do this small raise . A small raise like this is indicative of a confident partnership with CEZ will ensue , basically says the project is now up and running . And the train is slowly pulling out .
