Weirdly I think we may be in a better position now than when running with the limited cash burn and take out/jv hanging outside :P

To be fair at this price the risk reward is pretty good considering the mcap and assets Happy to wait it out with the cash burn being minimal and staff paid in shares

We have had 13 buys to 5 sells so far or 676100 share sells 2948202 share buys Surprised this has not ticked up yet but perhaps its the overhang You were right with EDL Quindell and I went with my own ideas which lost me a lot of money so I will stick with this one as you say. A buyout could well be on the cards at any point and lets be honest, there really is no point selling at these prices IMO

I think that is what they have done by halting operations and paying salaries in shares. Sorry state of affairs here but look at the MCap now and the assets

Thanks for that Quindell I like this from the results RNS Approximately £160,000 of certain accrued unpaid director, senior management and consultancy fees and salaries satisfied via the issue of, in aggregate, 12,359,642 new ordinary shares at a price of 1.2976 pence per share in early August 2017 in order to conserve cash reserves within the Company and maximise the funds available for the group's operations Hopefully they can get JV going, sell some assets or even a takeover on the table

All in all a nightmare, but I do feel they have taken the best approach possible in the circumstances. No salary bar shares and halt production to save what money they do have. Who knows a jv could come to the rescue or even a buyout. The grades look good so why not
