Basically Greg you haven't even done the research on the companies you are comparing IDP to so is there any chance we can get a little peace from the deramping today? Its clear as day now you have sold some/all of your shares hoping to get back in lower but at the moment you are realising due to the low number available, getting them back is not so easy. This company only has 14mill shares, 4 mill of which HC still holds. Did you ever wonder just how much he has lost on the remaining 4 million bearing in mind the drop in price? This is probably on par with what he made selling them but then if he wants to sell some, what is he supposed to do? And as pointed out earlier, just after a results RNS is probably the best time he has to sell them.

Once again, last time he sold shares they dropped to 76p and then onto £250 plus so I dont see this as a bad thing at all. We are in TESCO, BOOTS AND SUPERDRUG NOWWWWW.

Sorry for the morning rant all but I do get a bit annnoyed at the actions of some to the detriment of other holders. Time for a coffee :)

I thought investing in the ftse I would avoid all the AIM bs yet here I am again with derampers and all sorts. Like I said earlier, he sold thousands of shares years ago, not at the peak when he could have at £3 but a lot lower. The SP recovered dramatically last time, is he not entitled to sell some shares. Yes I would like to know the reason for the sale but I still think this is an amazing company with great products getting great reviews and now fully supported by Boots, Superdrug AND Tesco. Now if the last sentence alone doesn't make anyone out there invest then it's time to move along. Greg to be honest you're getting a little tiresome now, I can fully confirm you have sold out and want in lower just looking at your passed posts both hear and on Advfn. No one bashes a share this much without a motive and definately not if invested.

Also, I think quite often you will find many businesses fail followed by some success. It's the way of the world and I think judging by the sales and products you could call this one a success. Now go back to posting positives :D

You're sounding more and more like you sold out Greg. Income is one of the main things here and we have it with stock getting to more and more distributors and some very healthy reviews. Like I said before; last time he sold out in 2016 the share price quadrupled not long after so I don't see the big issue here?

Mountain out of a molehill once again. This will turn soon and when it does will be a healthy bounce :)

Once the herd begin to return this will take a swift turn upwards.

There was me thinking Treacle was my new nickname haha. I can understand your concern but truely see this being huge once the Tesco, Boots and Superdrug revenues are in full effect.

Would not suprise me to see some sort of news regarding the sale to steady the boat. Heres hoping...

Give this time and investors will be back, the director clearly did the wrong thing last time he sold as he could have sold for almost 3 times the amount. Investors care about making money and despite the sales this share can still do this with such low liquidity. Watch this rise sharply once this is all over.

Bar the sales this has all the hallmarks of being a pretty amazing company, if an RNS is released stating why he sold I am sure this will rebound very strongly. There are still some very nice sized buys coming in of around 5/10k shares with smaller shares being sold. As I said before once this storm blows over (which I am sure it will) this will be a very hard share to get back into. Its times like this when you should be buying, just remember Warren Buffetts mantra

I completely agree and would like to know the reason for the sale too. I feel however there is more to it than we realise, with where the company is heading I think him having 40% was just too much and this resulted in the share being easily manipulated. With him selling a slab this is not such an easy thing to do, time will tell but perhaps a TR1 will land soon

Coming in now, nice and steady should push this back up.

Once again, Tesco, Boots and Superdrug all want our products. This is going one way once this sale has been forgotten.

Fair comments but again, put yourself in his shoes. Last time he had a tax bill, perhaps this is something personal he cannot put to the market or he sold to another company. All I do know is Superdrug, Tesco and Boots all want a slice of the products we sell. When this gets going this will be huge

These guys dont get where they are by being stupid, paying for tax with shares is a better option as you then wont pay the capital gains tax on them had you taken the money instead.

Personally I am still adding, once this blows over this will fly once again. Limited stock available and I want as much of it as possible. DYOR etc but dont cry on here when you wished you held your nerve.

Time to add, no reason for the drop and again when the news of Tesco is out you will wish you had sunk a load of cash in here. If he had not sold we would be around £2 now imo

In that case, very good research well done.

This pain with the SP relates to the sale of shares. Once the negativity of this subsides or we get an RNS to advise why I am sure this will soar. This is why I am adding at this stage as fortune favours the brave.

Seen this happen on a few shares now and there will be a free for all getting back in, however with so few shares this is going to be a very hard share to buy I feel.

How are you checking this Greg? Great research again by the way. I think any links you can provide would be helpful to all.

Seems the general feedback from those who actually read the instructions on roots and follow the 3 steps are very positive. Add Skinny Tan to this and we are getting somewhere now.

Added here, so much confidence in the company and their products after seeing all the reviews. When this hits Tesco I can only imagine :)

Very impressive reviews coming in now, this will be huge. The best bit of Innovaderma products is the repeat custom, once you win these customers over they are yours for life and will continue to buy over and over. I'll add more if the opportunity presents itself :)
